Buy online and collect for free in the store

Choose to buy your items online and collect your order directly at the store in Via Voltapaletto, a few steps from the historic center of Ferrara. 

• SELECT DELIVERY CLICK & COLLECT

In the checkout, before payment, select the delivery method to the store "Click & Collect". In this way you will see the shipping costs zeroed and you will be able to complete your order to be collected at the store in Via Voltapaletto.

• WAIT FOR THE NOTIFICATION FOR THE COLLECTION DATE

Once the purchase is complete, we will send an e-mail to notify you when your order is ready for collection: from that moment you can go to the store. Remember to wait for the notification, so as to avoid empty turns and make sure your order is ready!

• YOUR ORDER IS WAITING FOR YOU

From that moment, we are waiting for you in the store to collect your package: you can do it in person - by presenting the order number and an identity document - or delegate another person authorized to collect the order on your behalf (also in in this case it will be necessary to show identity document and order number).
